Bishamon Fukuume (delicious and sour) is a “Suppa!” umeshu with a refreshing and sharp taste. It is extracted and blended with highly acidic ume extract that is in the middle of ripening. It is characterized by the juicy sourness of ume, but the base is aged umeshu with the richness and umami of fukuume, so it is not only sour but also has a strong umami flavor. Its youthful sourness makes it a great match for cooking.

毘沙門福梅（美味酸々）は、スパっとした切れ味の「すっぱ！」梅酒。熟成途中の酸度の高い梅エキスを抽出してブレンドしています。梅のジューシーな酸味が特徴ですが、ベースは福梅のコクと旨味ありの熟成梅酒なので酸っぱさだけじゃなく旨味もしっかり。若々しさを感じる酸味は、料理と合わせても楽しめそうです。
